Funnels

General information

CRM funnel is a structured process that defines the stages leads, deals, or tasks go through from the initial stage to the final moment. It allows segmenting deals, leads, and tasks into specific groups, depending on the business processes inherent to a particular organization and customer interaction stages. The number of funnels is unlimited and depends solely on business needs.

Types of phases

Phases are divided into 4 types:
1. START. The initial phase of each funnel. There can be only one start phase.
2. REGULAR. Standard phases of the lead/task or deal lifecycle relative to a specific business process. Their number is unlimited.
3. FAILED. These phases indicate the unsuccessful completion of a certain process. The number of phases of this type is unlimited.
4. SUCCESS. The final phase signaling the successful completion of a certain process. There can be only one final phase.

Adding and editing phases

Adding, editing, and deleting phases occur on the page of the specific funnel.

Priority

Phases of the FAILED and REGULAR types can have priority—the order in which they will be displayed in the Kanban, table, or on the page of the specific deal/lead/task. Priority can range from 1 (the phase will go first) to 10 (the phase will be go last). The START phase always comes first in the list. The SUCCESS phase is always last.

Phase restriction

Phase restriction is an optional parameter that prevents moving a lead, task, or deal to a specific phase if certain conditions specified in the restriction are not met.

Color

START, REGULAR, and SUCCESS phases have a specific color. In addition to standard colors, any other shade from the color palette can be selected.

Color affects the visual display of columns and cards in Kanban.
