Connecting an external number

General information

To make calls, you need to have an active phone number. This section provides information on how you can obtain a number and set it up for use with our system.
 

Using a corporate SIM card

If you already have a corporate SIM card, you can request its activation for making calls using ICS. To do this, send your SIM card via mail to the address provided by your manager.
 

Using a SIP channel

If you have a SIP channel and wish to use it, you can provide us with your SIP credentials for activation or specify the IP address of your provider's server. Simply send this information to our email at support@iptel-dialer.com.
 

Choosing a phone number and plan

If you don't have a phone number yet, our managers are ready to help you choose a suitable number and plan. We collaborate with partners of telecom operators to provide you with optimal conditions.
