Dashboards

Dashboards

Dashboards are tools for quick and visual data analysis using charts, tables, and visualizations. They are used by supervisors to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and by agents to track current activity, enabling prompt responses to changes and optimization of workflows.

Dashboards are part of the workspace interface. They can operate independently or in combination with other modules to improve work efficiency.

Dashboard Settings

To manage dashboards, go to:

Settings – Dashboards

To create, edit, or modify dashboards, click the corresponding buttons.

There are two types of dashboards:

  • Custom dashboards – created to meet the specific needs of a company and its business processes.
  • System dashboards – shared dashboards that contain basic or key information relevant to most roles and serve as a standard tool for monitoring core system processes..
Note: System dashboards cannot be modified or deleted.

Creating dashboards

To create a dashboard, you need to provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Widgets included in the dashboard

Widgets

A widget is a component of a dashboard responsible for displaying a specific type of data or metric. The same widget can be used across multiple dashboards simultaneously, providing flexibility in customizing the interface to suit user needs.

To manage widgets, go to:

Settings – Dashboards – Widgets

To create, edit, or modify widgets, click the corresponding buttons.

Creating a Widget
To create a widget, you need to provide the following information:

  • Name.
  • Refresh Interval (seconds) – the frequency at which data update requests are made. Lowering this value allows for more precise real-time monitoring but may increase system load.
  • Type.
  • Size.

Widget Types
Currently, the following widget types are available:

  • Pie chart

  • Donut chart

  • Column chart

  • Line graph.

Note: The list of available widgets is constantly being expanded. Currently, widgets such as Table, KPI, Ratio, and others are in development.

Widget Size

The widget screen is divided into a grid of 6 cells (3 by 2). Accordingly, each widget can have the following sizes:

  • Full screen – occupies the entire available space.

  • Large – occupies ⅔ of the available space.

  • Horizontal – occupies 2 cells in length

  • Vertical – occupies 2 cells in height.

  • Small – occupies 1 cell.

Data Sources

Data sources are rules that define how data is retrieved and processed for display in a widget. Each data source describes one data series, including selection, filtering, and aggregation parameters. A widget can contain an unlimited number of data sources.

To add a data source, you need to provide the following information:

  • Summary data – a data source that is displayed in the widget as a header or visually highlighted in another way..

  • Label – the name of the data series displayed in the widget.
  • Source – the method of obtaining data: service, SQL query, or webhook.
  • Query parameters – a set of parameters passed to form the query.
  • Aggregation type – the method of calculating the value (e.g., sum, average, count).
  • Color – the color used to represent the data series in the visualization.
  • Additional parameters – optional settings that specify the logic of data processing or display.
