Setting up your workspace

Setting up your workspace for ICS

Before effectively utilizing ICS for receiving and making calls, as well as working in CRM, it's important to configure your workspace. ICS offers several options for your communication needs, and you can choose the one that best suits your requirements:

Browser-based web phone

    1. Browser-based web phone (set by default):
  • ICS comes with a built-in web phone that you can use directly through your web browser. This option is enabled by default.
  • To get started with the browser-based web phone, go to your email where you'll find a message from us containing your login credentials for accessing ICS.

Headset and softphone

2. Headset and softphone:
  • If you prefer a more traditional approach and wish to use a headset along with a softphone, you can do so with ICS.
  • To set up your headset and softphone, ensure you have compatible headphones with a microphone. Then, download and install the ICS softphone app on your computer.
  • After installation, configure the softphone settings using your ICS login credentials, and you'll be ready to receive calls using your headset.

IP Phone

3. IP phone:
  • ICS also supports the use of IP phones if you prefer dedicated calling devices.
  • To configure an IP phone, ensure you have a compatible device. Connect the IP phone to your network and configure it using the appropriate settings provided by your ICS administrator.
  • After successful configuration, you'll be able to use the IP phone for receiving and making calls within the ICS system.

Choose the option that best suits your work style and preferences. Regardless of the method chosen, rest assured that ICS provides top-notch services for efficient call management and CRM work.
