Phonebook

General information

An employee's phonebook is not just a list of phone numbers; it's an important tool that contributes to improving internal communication, enhancing workflow efficiency, and providing easy access to necessary contacts at any moment.
 

Viewing the company's contact book

Go to Settings—PBX—Phonebook.
Contact Name for quick search.
Number 1-3—primary and additional numbers, for quick dialing and searching for necessary phone numbers.
 

Adding a number to the company's contact book

To add a number, press the + icon in the top right corner.
Be sure to fill in the name and one of the numbers.

 

Editing Contacts

To edit the numbers or contact name from the list, click on the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit.

In the opened window, change the necessary data and press the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

 

Deleting contacts from the phonebook

To delete contacts, select the desired contact and click on the trash can icon.
