Blacklist

General information

The functionality of blacklists of numbers is an important tool for ensuring users' confidentiality and comfort. This feature allows creating personalized or general lists of phone numbers that need to be blocked. These may include numbers with annoying calls, spam, or other unwanted contacts.
 

How it works

You add the phone number you want to block to the corresponding list. After adding the number to the blacklist, all incoming calls from this number are automatically blocked. Employees do not receive messages about calls from these numbers, ensuring peace and protection from unwanted contacts. In the inbound call processing scripts, you can choose one of the blacklists to use to check the number. Calls from such numbers will either be immediately dropped, or you can set up playing a certain message.
 

Adding numbers to the blacklist

To create a new blacklist and add a number, please open your project and follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings — Blacklist.
2. Click Create blacklist.
3. Click Add number to blacklist.

 
4. Add number verification on inbound call (in the Inbound — Inbound Scripts) — Create.

 

Editing a number

To edit a number, go to Settings — Blacklist — Denied Numbers, and click the editing button in the interface.

 

Deleting a number from the blacklist

To delete a number from the blacklist, go to Settings — Blacklist — Denied Numbers,  and click the deletion button.
