General information

Phase restrictions are a set of specific conditions that leads, tasks, or deals must meet to transition to a particular stage of the funnel. Each restriction includes one or more fields that must be filled in leads, tasks, or deals to be able to move them to a specific phase. If these conditions are not met, transitioning the element to a certain phase is not possible.

Adding and editing restrictions

You can add, delete, and edit restrictions on the Phase Restrictions page (in CRM — Pipelines — Phase restrictions).

You can add a restriction to a specific phase when editing or creating phases in the funnel.

Type of restriction

Restrictions can be applied to leads and deals. If you apply lead restrictions to a funnel designed only for deals (or vice versa), it will not take effect.

Key fields

Key fields are a list of fields that must be filled in the entity when moving to a specific phase. The list of key fields depends on the type of restriction.

Additional fields

For leads, additional fields (fields from additional forms) are also available. To add an additional field to a restriction, press a special button. Then, select the form and the corresponding field. The number of additional fields in the restriction can be any.
