Working with Auto Dialer in IPTel: instructions for account administrators

1. Getting started: preparation
When working with Auto Dialer, the administrator configures a larger number of events for correct operation. To make it easier for you to navigate the settings and get started, we have compiled a step-by-step guide describing the required functionality. Follow the links in the article to find more detailed instructions on how to configure a specific Auto Dialer feature.
Access to the IPTel system
- Log in to the IPTel system using the provided credentials.
2. Setting up a campaign
Choosing the type of call
Go to the tab Auto Dialer → Quick start. Choose the type:

- Robocall: an automatic call with an audio message.
- IVR call: an option with an interactive menu and the ability to redirect to a manager.
Create a campaign
Auto Dialer tab → Create Campaign. Enter:
- The name of the campaign.
- Communication channel.
- Auto Dialer statuses.
- Call time.
- AMD profile to detect answering machines.
- Blacklists.
- When you create a Robocall campaign, create or upload an audio greeting.
In the campaign settings, specify:
- Campaign agents.
- Maximum attempts.
- The interval.
- Call strategy.
- Dialing time (seconds).
- Calling rate.
Create a list and upload contacts
- Upload a file with phone numbers in a spreadsheet format
Or, you can use additional methods to upload a database and import contacts that are already in your CRM system.
Auto Dialer tab → Lists tab allows you to:
- Group contacts for campaigns.
- Delete or deactivate lists.
4. Distribution of calls between operators
- The system connects customers with available managers.
IVR with queues
- After choosing the menu, the customer can go to the queue to the agent.
For these scenarios:
- Specify the number of available operators.
- If necessary, activate the sending of webhooks or messages in Telegram.
