How to get started with the product "Auto Dialer"

What do you need to get started?

Auto Dialer is a call automation tool that allows companies to quickly and efficiently contact their audience. IPTel allows you to create campaigns, upload customer databases, make calls automatically, and collect and analyse results.

 

To successfully implement the product, you will need:

  1. A list of contacts: Format: Excel spreadsheet with a list of leads or filtered leads in our CRM system.

Note: If you use a CRM system, you need to create a corresponding campaign in advance.

Required field: phone number. Other fields, such as name or status, are optional, but useful for further work with the data.
  1. Audio file (for robocall and its types): This can be a recording of a voice message that will be played during the call.
  2. Access to the IPTel platform: If you are not already connected, contact technical support to get access.
  3. Customised agents: If you use an agent-based model, make sure your employees have access to the system.
