    • If a campaign has been deleted, the report may show the campaign ID but not the name. This is because the name is no longer available in the system. For a full analysis, it is recommended that you save campaigns without deleting them during the analysed period.
  3. Call results:
    • The number of customers who reached a manager.
    • The number of customers who interacted with the IVR menu.
  4. Integration with other modules:
    • Reports can be combined with Call Detail and Language Analytics to get deeper analysis (e.g., calls by destination or number).
